Description

These are an early 18th-century pair of stuccoed houses on West Hill in Epsom. They have weatherboarded gable ends and a half-hipped slate roof with a diagonally placed chimney stack. The houses are two storeys high with attics, featuring four ranges of sash windows and two attic dormers.
