Description

This barn, located approximately 10 meters southeast of Swanhall Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled roof covered with 20th-century pantiles. The barn has a five-bay plan with a central threshing floor. Inside, there is a five-bay collar-truss roof supported by butt purlins. The barn is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
