Description
These stables, located approximately 20 meters east of Perrotts Hill Farmhouse, date from the late 17th century and have some alterations from the 19th century. They are constructed of coursed limestone rubble and feature a gabled concrete tile roof. The building is two stories high and has two gabled outer bays on the front that face the farmhouse. The left gable includes segmental stone arches above both the stable door and the loft door. Inside, there is a three-bay collar-truss roof with butt purlins, and an old chaff box is situated next to the stable door. The stables are included for their group value with the farmhouse.
