Description
Green Mount is a late 17th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with stone ridge and end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan, is two storeys tall with an attic, and has a four-window range. The windows are mostly 20th-century mullioned windows, except for those with timber lintels located at the front of a hipped stair-turret to the left of the center. There is a 20th-century door with a timber lintel to the right of the stair-turret, and 20th-century roof dormers. A 20th-century kitchen extension has been added to the rear. Inside, there are stop-chamfered beams and stop-chamfered joists in the room to the left. Winder stairs with a newel post lead up to the attic.
