Description

This is a late 18th century Cotswold barn located about 80 yards northeast of Home Farmhouse in Shipton-under-Wychwood. The barn is constructed of rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof. It has a projecting gabled entry flanked by catslide sections, with a cambered lintel above the entry. The structure consists of five bays and has a tie beam and collar roof, supported by butt and part-trenched purlins. Additionally, there are triangular vents in the east gable.
