CHIPPING NORTON NEW STREET SP 3027 - 3127 3/133 No 12 and access to 14A - (David Geddes) 11.4.73 GV II House and shop in street row. Mid-C19 rebuilding. Coursed and dressed rubble with ashlar quoins, machine-made tiles to roof; chimney to left with stone base. Three storeys. Full-height bay window to left with late C20 plain casements. Ledged door to alley to left under a heavy lintel. Included for group value only.
