Description
Highsteps Kojonup is a house dating from the 17th century, now divided into two residences. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble and topped with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a three-window range. There are three steps leading up to a half-glazed 19th-century door. Highsteps, on the right, has large-paned sash windows with horns. Kojonup, on the left, features a 20th-century bay window with casements, two gabled half-dormers, and two gable-end chimneys, with the left chimney finished in brick. The interior of Kojonup was remodelled in the 19th century, possibly hiding earlier features.
