Description
Sunnydale is a small house dating from around 1700, with an attached outbuilding likely added in the 19th century. The building is constructed from coursed squared marlstone and features wooden lintels. It has thatch and Welsh-slate roofs, along with brick gable stacks. The house has a two-unit plan with an end outshut and stands two storeys tall. The front has two windows, with a plank door located to the left of center. To the right of the door are three-light casements, and to the left, there is a two-light casement above a small canted bay window. The slated outshut on the right includes a four-pane sash window, while a small thatched outbuilding is situated to the left. The interiors have not been inspected.
