Description
This building is a water mill located approximately 90 meters southwest of Mill Farmhouse, with an attached barn. The mill likely dates from the late 18th century, while the barn was added in the early 19th century. Both structures are constructed from coursed rubble limestone and share a continuous roof made of stone slates.
The mill features two storeys and a loft, with one bay of boarded windows on the left side and boarded doors on both the ground and first floors to the right. There is a small cog-pit window with a wooden shutter positioned low on the left. All openings include a loft opening, and there is a later outshot with a 20th-century corrugated iron roof and a wooden lintel above the mill-race.
The barn to the right consists of approximately three bays and has an off-centre cart entry with a wooden lintel, along with lower threshing doors located opposite. The barn has a double purlin roof.
