Description
This cart shelter, located approximately 10 meters west of Isod's Farmhouse and its attached barns, dates from the early 19th century and has undergone minor later alterations. It is constructed from roughly coursed limestone rubble, featuring quoins and dressed stone for the arches and piers. The roof is made of stone slate and is hipped to the right. The structure is open to the road with five bays, although the right bay has been infilled, and it includes segmental arches. There are three small windows situated directly below the eaves, along with a segmental-arched boarded door leading to the upper level in the left gable end. The cart shelter occupies a prominent position by the roadside and is included for its group value.
