Description

No. 1 Manor Cottages is an early 18th-century cottage located on Sandford Road in Westcot Barton. The building is constructed from limestone rubble and features wooden lintels, topped with a thatched roof that has a brick gable stack. It has a single-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. The front of the cottage includes a central door, a 2-light casement window to the right, and a half dormer to the left, both of which have old leaded glazing. There is a small extension that projects from the left side of the front, and a 2-light leaded casement window is present in the right gable. The roof has a stack positioned to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
