Description
This is a lofted stable built in the early 19th century, located approximately 30 meters southeast of Mill Farmhouse. The structure is made of coursed rubble limestone and features a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and consists of three bays. The windows are two-light wooden casements, with those on the ground floor having 20th-century horizontal metal glazing bars. There is a boarded door between the right bays and another altered door in the left bay, which has fixed glazing replacing the upper part. All ground floor openings have wooden lintels. External stone steps lead to the loft door located in the right gable end. Additionally, there is a lower bay with a 20th-century corrugated roof and a stable door attached to the left.
