Description

Granary at Moor Mill Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century, is constructed with weatherboarding over a light timber frame and stands on limestone staddle stones. The granary features an old tiled roof on the front and stone slate on the rear. It has a two-unit plan and is one and a half storeys high. There are two planked doors on the front that face the farmhouse, and it has a half-hipped roof. Inside, there is a straight-flight staircase leading to the left room and a quarter-turn followed by a straight-flight staircase to the right. The structure includes a four-bay collar truss with butt purlins.
