Description

Uptown Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with a front added in the late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features an old plain-tile half-hipped roof with a brick ridge stack at the center. The building has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range. There is a 20-pane unhorned sash window on the left and a 16-pane unhorned sash window on the right. A modern gabled porch is located at the center, which includes a four-panel door and flanking lights. Gabled half-dormers on both sides have 16-pane unhorned sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. The farmhouse is included for its group value.
