Description

Number 3 Goslings is a house dating from the 16th century. It features a painted uncoursed stone rubble plinth and large timber framing with angle braces on the first floor, along with rendered infill. The roof is covered with old plain tiles, and there is a brick end stack on the left and a massive stone end stack on the right with a brick flue. The house is two stories high and has a three-window range. There is a 20th-century ribbed door located to the right of center. All openings have 2-light casements, except for the ground floor right of center and to the right, which have 4-light wood mullion windows. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
