Description
Pennygreen Cottage is a house that likely dates back to the early 18th century. It features lined render, which is probably over timber framing, and has an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks at each end. The cottage is two stories high and has a four-window range. All openings have 2-light wood casements, except for two 16-pane unhorned sash windows located on the ground floor to the right of center. The rear of the building has painted stone rubble with brick dressings on the left side, while the right side shows timber framing with painted brick infill. There is a six-panel door leading to a 20th-century porch at the center. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there is a single-storey, single-window addition to the right of the main structure.
