Description
Playhatch Cottage, now two cottages, likely dates from the 17th century. The walls are probably roughcast over brick, with a plain tile roof and brick stacks. The building is one and a half storeys to the left and two storeys to the right, featuring a six-window front. A plank door is located to the left and right of the centre. The ground floor has six casement windows, displaying irregular placement. There are three gabled half-dormers to the left and one gabled half-dormer to the right, each containing two casement windows. The roof is hipped, and ridge stacks are present. The interior remains uninspected.
