Description
The Wallingford Travel Centre is a shop and dwelling that dates from the late 18th century, with a shop front added in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and features a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. The building is three stories high and has a single-window range. To the left of the shop front, there is a glazed door. The first floor has a 16-pane unhorned sash window with a segmental brick head, while the second floor has a 12-pane unhorned sash window, also with a segmental brick head. A dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has undergone alterations in the 20th century on the ground floor. This building is included for its group value.
