Description
College Farm is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed coursed squared limestone rubble and features an old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. The building has an irregular L-plan and is one storey plus attics high. The symmetrical front has three windows and includes a six-panel door situated between two-light casements with nine-pane lights, all topped with stone flat arches. There are three gabled dormers with leaded lights, and the roof is adorned with gable parapets. A small 20th-century extension is located to the right, and there is a lower rear wing that includes a dormer and a gabled projection. The interior has not been inspected.
