2. Early C19 facade to timber framed house. Painted brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 windows, mainly casements, some reproduction. At rear, timber framing exposed in gable end of 2 storey wing with old tiled roof.

No 46, Magnolia Cottage, Northlea and its former coach house, Easby House and its former coach house, and Nos 70 to 84 (even) form a group with No 45 and Meeting House Cottage, Nos 51 to 61 (odd) Portland Cottage and its garden wall opposite.
