Description

Northlea is an early 19th-century building located on Northfield End. It is constructed of red brick and features a wide bracketed eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and dormers, with three windows that have gauged flat arches and sashes fitted with late 19th-century glazing. A central porch supported by Tuscan columns leads to the door, which includes a fanlight above.

Northlea, along with No 46 Magnolia Cottage, its former coach house, Easby House and its former coach house, and Nos 70 to 84 (even), forms a group with No 45 and Meeting House Cottage, as well as Nos 51 to 61 (odd) Portland Cottage and its garden wall opposite.
