Description

Magnolia Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Northfield End. It is timber framed and has a colour-washed exterior with an old tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features four windows with reproduction leaded casements, giving it a picturesque appearance. Magnolia Cottage, along with No 46, Northlea, its former coach house, Easby House and its former coach house, and Nos 70 to 84 (even), forms a group with No 45 and Meeting House Cottage, as well as Nos 51 to 61 (odd) and Portland Cottage with its garden wall opposite.
