Description

Oxford Lodge is an early 19th-century stucco-faced building. It has a slate roof and a wide bracketed eaves cornice. The lodge is two storeys high with three windows, featuring sash windows with moulded architraves and glazing bars. A two-storey bay window is centrally positioned. The doorway has engaged, fluted columns, a cornice, and a blocking course above it. A carriageway arch on the north side provides access to The Hocket. Oxford Lodge forms a group with number 39, Beulah Lodge, the wall behind Oxford Lodge, and the buildings on The Hocket.
