Description

These are two early 18th-century buildings, likely originally timber-framed, situated on Badgemore Lane. The front facade is of painted brick, with a timber post visually separating the two properties. The gable end of number 7 has been rendered. The buildings have an eaves cornice and an older tiled roof. At the rear, the walls are plastered, featuring half-hipped gables. They are two storeys high with a total of six windows. The west side of number 7 has early 19th-century casement windows with a curved top. The other windows are mainly reproduction leaded casements. Numbers 1 to 8 (inclusive) and The Barn form a group of buildings with the garden walls of Dryden, St Audrey's, and numbers 5 to 9 (inclusive) Baronsmead.
