Meeting House Cottage is a small, 17th-century timber-framed cottage with a rendered facade. It forms the rear part of a larger building that also includes Henley Cottage. The cottage has a gable end and two storeys, featuring a single window. It is part of a group of buildings that include Nos. 45 and 51 to 61 (odd), Portland Cottage with its garden wall, No. 46 (Magnolia Cottage), Northlea and its former coach house (Easby House), and Nos. 70 to 84 (even) opposite.
