Description

Newnham Farm Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century extensions added to the right. The building is rendered, likely over timber framing, and features a plain tile roof with brick stacks. It is two stories high and has a two-window range. All openings have horizontal sliding sashes. The roof includes a cross gable and a ridge stack. Access is through a 20th-century plank door located on the right side of the building. Inside, the ground floor room has a chamfered spine beam with end stops.
