Description

Winterbrook Close is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of yellow brick with red brick dressings, and has a Welsh slate hipped roof. The house has grey brick internal stacks with red brick dressings to the left and right returns. The main facade is two storeys high and has a three-window arrangement. A six-panel door is centrally located, with a rectangular overlight and a square Tuscan Doric open porch. All windows are 16-pane sashes. A flat brick band runs between the ground and first floors. To the left return are two two-storey angled bays. The interior has not been inspected.
