Description

This is a late 18th-century house located on St. John's Green in Wallingford. It is a three-storey building with a five-window front. The exterior is rendered, likely over brick, and the roof is covered with Welsh slate. There are rendered brick stacks on the left end and centrally along the ridge. The main entrance is a four-panel door with an overlight and side lights, set within a modern lattice porch. French windows are positioned to the left and right of the centre entrance. The ground floor features 12-pane unhorned sash windows on the left and right. The first floor has similar windows, and the second floor has three 6-pane unhorned sashes on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
