Description
The Coachmaker's Arms is a public house, likely dating from the late 17th century. It features a rendered exterior, probably over timber framing, and has an old plain-tile roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. There is a two-panel part-glazed door located to the right of the center. To the right of the door, there is a 10-pane top-hung casement window with a moulded wood surround. To the left, there are two 2-light casement windows, also with moulded wood surrounds. On the first floor, there are two 2-light casements, one on the left and one on the right. A cross-gabled half-dormer is situated in the center of the roof. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
