It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and features a steeply pitched roof covered with 20th-century tiles, complete with a stone-coped gable on the left side. The house has stone end stacks with brick shafts and a two-unit plan with a rear outshot.
It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The entrance, which is approximately central, includes a 20th-century trellis porch and a panelled and glazed door framed by a moulded wood frame and wood lintel.
