Description
Middle Farmhouse, barn, and the adjoining stable range, located approximately 50 meters north, date from the late 18th century and have undergone some repairs in the 20th century. The barn is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a steeply pitched corrugated-iron roof. It has ten bays and includes two threshing floor entrances with partly renewed doors; the entrance on the right has a plank door and a wooden lintel. Inside, the barn has butt-purlin roofs supported by principal rafters, ties, and collar beams, with triangular ventilation holes in the gables. There is a dividing wall built up to the rafters between the two sections of the barn, each containing five bays.
The stable range, also from the late 18th century, is made of squared coursed limestone and has a slate roof. This long rectangular structure is two storeys high. The stable entrances feature stable doors with hood frames and arched stone heads, flanked by two-light wood-framed windows with similar arched stone heads. Above, there are matching windows and a loft door.
