Description

Milwards is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of brick and features brick end stacks. It stands four storeys tall and has a two-window range. The shop front was remodeled in the 20th century. On the first floor, there are two horned sash windows flanked by fluted Corinthian pilasters and cornices. The second and third floors each have two sash windows with moulded stone surrounds, stone sills, and margin lights. The second floor windows are topped with cornices. The building also has a moulded stone eaves cornice and rusticated stone quoins. The ground floor has been altered in the 20th century.
