Description

The Old Surgery is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof. The building has two brick end stacks set on stone bases and follows a single-cell plan. It is a single storey plus attic, with two segmental-headed windows that have intersecting glazing bars flanking a central doorway. The door is topped with a wooden lintel and is accompanied by a 20th-century rustic porch. The interior has not been inspected.
