Description
Cornerways is a 17th-century house located on Bell's Lane in Hook Norton. It is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof. The building has two brick stacks, one at the ridge and another on the right gable. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and follows a three-unit plan. The house likely originated as two cottages, with a single-unit on the left and a two-unit on the right. On the ground floor, there are three 2-light casements with wooden lintels, along with a small square window for the stair at the right end. The attic has three 2-light casements that form eyebrow dormers. There are entrances located at both the right and left ends of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
