Description
Caulcott Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse built of limestone rubble, featuring concrete plain-tile roofs and brick gable stacks. The building is designed in an L shape and has two storeys plus attics. The symmetrical front has three windows, with a central doorway located below a two-light casement. The outer bays contain three-light casements. All windows are topped with rubble segmental arches that include alternate marlstone voussoirs and have 20th-century casements. The right gable wall has a blank recess where a datestone would be, and it connects to a lower rear wing that features two- and three-light casements with wooden lintels. There is a later extension in the angle of the ranges. The interior has not been inspected.
