Description

Lyndhurst is a house built around 1840. It is constructed of red brick featuring flared headers and has a hipped slate roof with brick end stacks. The building has a double depth plan and is situated on a corner site, standing two storeys tall. It has a three-window range, with a central entrance that includes a Tuscan porch, a six-panel door, and an overlight. The entrance is flanked by sash windows with rendered flat arches, and there is a similar window on the first floor. All windows are 12-pane sashes without horns. The house features a moulded wood eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
