Description
Osborne's Farmhouse is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier, with alterations and extensions made in the 18th century. The building features a timber frame clad in red and blue chequered brick, along with ornamental tile hanging, and has weatherboarded return elevations. It stands two storeys high, with a roof that is half-hipped on the right side and hipped with a gablet on the left. A 20th-century rebuilt stack is located at the centre left.
On each floor, there are two three-light wooden casements, with a smaller light positioned at the centre left. The entrance is a rib and stud door located in a tile-hung gabled porch at the centre. The left return of the house includes a lower hipped wing, which has two wooden casements on the first floor and one three-light casement on the ground floor. The rear features hipped wings and a single-storey gabled range to the rear right, which also includes a stack.
