Description

Badgers Oak Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse, later clad in the 18th century. It is timber-framed with a red brick plinth and red brick cladding, incorporating some blue brick. The roof is tiled and has a half-hipped profile. The design is a baffle entry plan. The house is two storeys high, with a plat band, boxed eaves, and a tall brick stack with ribs located on the ridge, off-centre to the left. The front facade has four windows, arranged irregularly, with casement windows featuring segment-headed surrounds. A half-panelled door is positioned to the left of centre, topped with a triangular pediment hood supported by brackets. A catslide extension runs along the rear, and a hipped, two-storey wing extends to the left.
