Description

This building is a granary that has been converted into a workshop, dating from the early 19th century. It features a ground floor made of red and blue brick, with weatherboarding above. The roof is plain tiled and includes a cross-gabled central hoist-house that extends down one storey. The structure has three storeys with irregularly placed windows, including casements and glazing bar sashes. There are doors located on the second floor to the right, on the first floor beneath the hoist, and on the ground floor to the left, in the centre, and in a late 19th century lean-to on the right. The ground floor has sliding workshop-type doors. The rear elevation is tile-hung on the upper two storeys, with a red and blue brick ground floor, featuring five windows on the second floor and four casement windows on the first floor.
