Description

The Old Corn Store is a former granary, originally listed as a store and later converted into a house, dating from the late 18th century. The ground floor is constructed of red and blue brick, while the upper portion is weatherboarded. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped profile, topped by a flat hood supported on brackets, positioned centrally above the eaves and incorporating an overswinging hoist. A set of double-boarded doors is located in the centre of the first floor, with a set of double sliding-boarded doors in the centre of the ground floor. Casement windows are present in the gables and on the first floors of the ends. A siding door is situated in the left-hand end gable.
