Description
The building is a former granary, now serving as a workshop, dating from the late 17th century with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins and stone dressings, topped by a gabled stone slate roof. The south front features two storeys with two square-headed cart entrances and a central segmental-headed entrance, all fitted with two-leaf plank doors. To the left, there is a glazed segmental-headed opening, and to the right on the ground floor and upper storey, there are two-light ovolo-moulded mullions. Steps lead up to the loft against each end wall. Inside, the building has a collar beam roof structure from the 17th century, complete with scarfed purlins.
