Description

This is an oasthouse located about 25 metres east of Sandhurst Bridge Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century or possibly earlier. The structure is timber framed and features vertical and horizontal weatherboarding, as well as corrugated iron sheeting and red brick roundels. It has plain tiled roofs and a rounded shape with cogged eaves, but it does not have a cowl. The stowage area, likely an earlier barn that was adapted for use as an oasthouse, has a hipped roof and outshots at the rear and to the right, along with open stock pens. There are boarded doors and wooden casements on the left side.
