Description

Little Brookwood Granary is a granary built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with some infill headers, while the first floor is timber framed but covered with 1930s vertical weatherboarding. The building features a hipped pedimented roof and stands two storeys tall. There are two hinged openings on the side elevation and a plank door at the front, which is flanked by a later double door. Inside, the ground floor includes a spine beam with a half-inch chamfer and run-out stops. The roof structure consists of a collar beam, through purlin, and ridgepiece.
