Description
This is an oasthouse located about 20 meters south of Ridge Farmhouse, dating from the 18th and early 19th centuries. It features a timber-framed and weather-boarded stowage, along with a brick, tile-hung, and exposed-framed wing, and a red brick roundel. The roofs are plain tiled. The large half-hipped stowage has a lean-to on the right, with boarded upper openings and a central carriage opening. There is a length of projecting brick wall to the center left, and to the left of that is a projecting half-hipped wing, with the framing exposed and unclad at the front. The roundel at the end left has corbelled eaves and a conical roof topped with a cowl and winding vane.
