Description
This is a row of headstones located approximately 12 meters southwest of the tower of the Church of St Mary the Virgin. Likely reset along the western edge of the churchyard, these headstones date from the 18th century. They are all upright sandstone slabs with shaped heads, and some feature carvings or inscriptions. Most of the headstones have fielded panels inscribed with Roman serif lettering in both upper and lower case.
