Description

The Woodlands and Holm Oaks is a mid-19th century house built of Tunbridge Wells stone, standing two to three storeys high. The building features a pedimented gable and a bracket cornice, along with a stringcourse. The central section rises three storeys and has three sash windows. A porch is present with six plain pilasters, and there is a balcony at the first-floor level.
