Description

Holly Villa and Holly House is one building dating from the early 19th century. It stands two storeys tall and features six windows. The exterior is stuccoed, and the glazing bars are intact. Holly Villa has a slate roof and a doorway with a moulded architrave surround supported by console brackets. Holly House is distinguished by a modillion eaves cornice, a tiled roof, and a later heavy porch.
