Description

Myrtle Cottage and Holly Cottage are two houses that form a row, built in the early 19th century. They feature rendered walls with stone dressings, a graduated slate roof, and brick chimney stacks. Myrtle Cottage has two storeys and three bays. Its entrance is highlighted by a moulded surround with a rounded head and a false keystone, leading to a six-panel door topped with a radial fanlight. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are framed with plain stone surrounds. Holly Cottage, which shares the same roof, consists of a single bay and has plain stone surrounds, a 20th-century door, and sash windows with glazing bars.
