Description

The Cottage by the Mill is an early 19th-century building of two storeys and four windows. It is stuccoed with a red brick modillion eaves cornice and has a hipped slate roof. The windows are casement windows with small square panes. A ground-floor verandah features slender iron columns and a slated canopy. This building is of group value, contributing to the character of the area.
