Description
Concord College, located on Pembury Road, is a mid-19th century building constructed from Tunbridge Wells ashlar. It stands three storeys tall and features a tripled slate roof with paired bracket eaves cornice. The front elevation includes five sash windows, most of which retain their glazing bars. On the left side, there is a three-light bay that extends through all floors. The ground floor has a hooded verandah supported by iron columns. To the right, there is a later 19th-century extension that is one storey high and matches the original style, complete with a mansard roof.
